Common use of Project Configuration Clause in Contracts

Project Configuration. In order to optimize the benefits of the Facility, Buyer and Seller each agree that if requested by the other Party, then Buyer and Seller shall discuss in good faith potential reconfiguration of the Facility or Interconnection Facilities; provided, neither Party shall be obligated to agree to any changes under this Agreement, or to incur any expense in connection with such changes, except under terms mutually acceptable to both Parties as set forth in a written agreement. 30
