Common use of Project Coordination Clause in Contracts

Project Coordination. 5.4.1 AT&T OKLAHOMA will provide project management support to effectuate changes of the types identified in Sections 5.4.2. 5.4.2 AT&T OKLAHOMA will provide project management support to minimize any possible service outages during any CLEC to CLEC Mass Migration. Should AT&T OKLAHOMA’s most current version of LSOR or ASOR guidelines not support the required order activity, AT&T OKLAHOMA will issue service orders at the manual rate, as specified in the Appendix Pricing, Schedule of Prices to this Agreement, based upon type of service provided, and on the condition that CLEC provides to AT&T OKLAHOMA any and all information AT&T OKLAHOMA reasonably requests to effectuate such changes.
