The project manager may request additional pricing details or changes to the scope of work, and may otherwise commence negotiation with the Contractor with the mutual intent of arriving at a final agreement. e. Once a scope and price have been determined the project manager may issue a task order agreement, approved by the appropriate individual, which will serve as the award of the task order and the notice to proceed.
