PROJECT DESCRIPTION / PHYSICAL SCOPE Clause Samples
The "Project Description / Physical Scope" clause defines the specific work, deliverables, and physical boundaries of a project. It typically outlines what tasks are to be completed, the locations or facilities involved, and any relevant technical or operational parameters. For example, it may specify the construction of a building, installation of equipment, or provision of certain services within a defined area. This clause ensures all parties have a clear understanding of what is included in the project, helping to prevent disputes over scope and manage expectations.
