The property is located in German Township, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Ohio, and is bounded on the north by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, on the east by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Parcel number 0 14 00708 0003. The property will be split into three pieces with Five Rivers Metro Parks purchasing the largest 112 acre piece with the help of Clean Ohio Funds. See attachment H in project application.

SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION. The City of Gahanna proposes to remove a low head dam and complete stream and wetland restoration along ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek, located southwest of the intersection of Cherry Bottom Road and Johnstown Road (U.S. Route 62) in the City of Gahanna. Franklin County. Ohio. The project is located on the site of the former Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Capital City Lodge #9, on property currently owned by Stonybrook United Methodist Church. The project is located on one parcel listed under one deed; the Franklin County Parcel ID is 025-001929·00. The proposed restoration area is located immediately adjacent to the proposed alignment of Section 4 of the Big Walnut Trail. which is anticipated to be constructed by the City in 2018. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek (also known as ▇▇▇▇ Ditch) is a direct tributary to the Big Walnut Creek, and is located in the Big Walnut Creek subwatershed (HUC 12: 05060001-15-02). The project is located between river mile (RM) 0 and 0.1 of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek.
SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ site is located on the forested hillside between Hillside Avenue and Bradford Court in the City of Cincinnati. It is bordered by other forested properties. It is not far to the west of Whitetail ▇▇▇▇▇ Preserve, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mountain Preserve, the Delhi Township Park, Story ▇▇▇▇▇, and two properties that are protected by Conservation Easements held by WWC. The proposed 15 acre ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Property is a highly rated component of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Open Space Acquisition Study completed in 2002. The tract includes all of parcel number ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ and will have one deed.
SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION. The project is to acquire by fee simple purchase, a 10-acre parcel located within the Village of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Island, Erie County (PPN 54-01214.000). The property is adjacent to the Museum's existing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Nature Preserve, which is located along Monaghan Road in the northeast corner of the Island. The project site does not have road frontage but is accessible from Monaghan Road via ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Nature Preserve. It is surrounded by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Preserve to the south and west, Lake Erie to the east, and private, undeveloped land to the north. Acquisition of this parcel will expand the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Nature Preserve and make additional Lake Erie frontage available to the public.
