Common use of Project Outputs and Outcomes Clause in Contracts

Project Outputs and Outcomes. The table below identifies proposed project outputs and outcomes. The brownfields project manager will be responsible for reporting and tracking outputs and outcomes in quarterly reports to EPA and will compare actual accomplishments to the outputs and outcomes described herein. We will also report progress in EPA’s Assessment, Cleanup, and Redevelopment Exchange System (ACRES) tracking system as well as the Brownfields Inventory Tool. Recognizing that some outcomes will not be completed during the three-year grant cycle, we will report intermediate outcomes that we achieve during the grant cycle, including the amount of funds leveraged for the revitalization project and the degree to which exposure to contamination is minimized. By keeping track of outputs and outcomes, we will be able to keep the community better informed and provide EPA the data necessary to demonstrate that funds are being used as intended. If there is a lack of progress, actions will be taken to correct the course of the project.
