Common use of Project Phasing Clause in Contracts

Project Phasing. Each Deliverable Portion of Work includes a Design Phase and a Construction Phase. Design-Builder shall recommend to Owner Parties Project phasing and Work prioritization based on the labor and material markets, project logistics, and such other important factors including time of performance, overlapping trade jurisdictions, weather conditions, and provisions for temporary facilities for the Work.
