Project Phasing. The Trustees may benefit from dividing the Project(s) construction into phasing components. Examples of possible phasing components are: demolition, hazardous material abatement, relocation of underground utilities, site preparation, separated buildings, interior finishes of shelled space, parking lots, and landscape. During design phase, the Service Provider shall identify and propose phasing components to the Trustees. The Trustees are not obligated to accept proposed phasing components or revise specified Project phases.
