Project Program Clause Samples

The Project Program clause defines the schedule and sequence of activities required to complete a project. It typically outlines key milestones, deadlines, and the order in which tasks must be performed, often requiring the contractor to submit a detailed timeline for approval. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the project's timeline, helping to coordinate efforts, monitor progress, and manage expectations, thereby reducing the risk of delays and misunderstandings.
