Project RFP Clause Samples

The Project RFP clause defines the process and requirements for issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) related to a specific project. It typically outlines the criteria for proposal submission, the timeline for responses, and the evaluation process for selecting a vendor or contractor. By establishing clear procedures and expectations, this clause ensures a fair and transparent selection process, helping to mitigate disputes and promote competitive bidding.
