Common use of Project Scope Clause in Contracts

Project Scope. The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to the Project description set forth in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, such changes must be approved through the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.
