Common use of Project Site Access Clause in Contracts

Project Site Access. Following Licence of the Project Site and delivery of the Vacant Possession of the Concession Assets Project Site to the Concessionaire by the GoS, the Licence granted to the Concessionaire shall always be subject to the right of access of the GoS, any relevant Government Authority, the Independent Auditor and the Independent Engineer and their representatives, officers, employees and agents for inspection, viewing and exercise of their rights and performance of their obligations under this Agreement; provided, that the exercise of such right of access shall not interfere with the Concessionaire’s performance of its rights and obligations under this Agreement. Further, the Licence granted to the Concessionaire shall always be subject to the right of access of the Users.

Project Site Access. 4.8.1 Following Licence of the Project Site and delivery of the Vacant Possession of the Concession Assets Project Site to the Concessionaire by the GoSAgency, the Licence granted to the Concessionaire shall always be subject to the right of access of the GoSAgency, any relevant Government Authority, the Independent Auditor Auditor/Expert and the Independent Engineer and their representatives, officers, employees and agents for inspection, viewing and exercise of their rights and performance of their obligations under this Agreement; provided, that the exercise of such right of access shall not interfere with the Concessionaire’s performance of its rights and obligations under this Agreement. Further, the Licence granted to the Concessionaire shall always be subject to the right of access of the Users.
