Project Site Access. Owner shall provide Contractor with access to the Project Site at all times Contractor determines necessary for performance of the Work. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Owner shall not unreasonably prevent, obstruct or otherwise interfere with Contractor’s or Subcontractor’s reasonable rights of ingress or egress to and from the Project Site.
