PROJECT WORK PLAN. The Contractor’s planning management model must be approved by the State and shall align with Vermont AHS’s program and project management team, as business objectives and projects are implemented, in addition to instituting key planning metrics and standard reporting mechanisms to ensure on time, on budget delivery, with quality. The Contractor’s planning management capability will support the overall organization in realizing its goals and in the process also help better collaboration with the project management teams.
