Promotion Decision Clause Samples

The Promotion Decision clause outlines the criteria and process by which an employee may be considered for advancement within an organization. Typically, this clause specifies the performance standards, required qualifications, and evaluation procedures that must be met for promotion eligibility. For example, it may require a certain tenure, achievement of specific goals, or positive performance reviews before an employee can be promoted. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and fairness in promotion decisions, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding career progression.
