The Promotional Codes clause defines the terms and conditions under which promotional codes may be issued and used within an agreement. It typically outlines who is eligible to receive codes, how and when they can be redeemed, and any restrictions or limitations, such as expiration dates or usage limits. This clause ensures that both parties understand the rules governing promotional offers, preventing misuse and clarifying the scope of any discounts or benefits provided through such codes.
Promotional Codes. Lucky Ride and other discount promotional codes are one-time only offers and can only be redeemed via the Veo App. Veo reserves the right to modify or cancel discounts or promotional ride amounts at any time. Discounts are limited to one per User and Account, and may not be combined with other offers. Discounts are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be resold. The Lucky Ride discount promotional codes will only be sent out after a Vehicle is locked or parked within the Service Area as provided herein.
Promotional Codes. If you select the Promotional Code offer in Partner Center, then you grant Microsoft, its agents, Affiliates, licensees and retail partners the right to use your App Assets in connection with the manufacture, distribution, promotion, and marketing of Promotional Codes. You may not offer or distribute Promotional Codes in any manner except as follows:
i. Promotional Codes provide free downloads of your App and In-App Product and can be used by Customers to acquire content available in the Microsoft Store.
ii. You are provided a limited number of Promotional Codes that can each be used a limited number of times for each App or In -App Product as a way to promote and deliver your App or game-related content (App or In-App Product), for Customer retention programs and customer service.
iii. You forfeit revenue for your App or In-App Product if you give out Promotional Codes.
iv. You shall not resell the Promotional Codes or get any payment for them.
v. You shall distribute Promotional Codes only to Customers of the appropriate age, corresponding to the Promotional Codes you generate.
vi. Hidden content time limit: Premium content enabled through these Promotional Codes must be made available to Customers on the App within 60 days of release of the content.
Promotional Codes iCash may, in iCash’s sole discretion, create promotional codes that may be redeemed for Account credit, or other features or benefits related to the Services and an Accommodation Providers’ services, subject to any additional terms that iCash establishes on a per promotional code basis (“Promo Codes”). You agree that Promo Codes: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public form or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by iCash; (iii) may be disabled by iCash at any time for any reason without liability to iCash; (iv) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that iCash establishes for such Promo Code; (v) are not valid for cash; and (vi) may expire prior to your use. iCash reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Promo Codes by you or any other user in the event that iCash determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or these Terms.
Promotional Codes. You may not change/submit a promo code or referrer after you’ve finished signing up. • Promo codes/referrers are for new customers only — if you use one you may not host on your account any domain ever previously hosted with ACSB.

Promotional Codes. Each promotional code (“Promotional Code”) has the following details:
Promotional Codes. If you are provided a promotional code by us, your school or an authorized third party for a subscription to the Services that we deem valid (a “Promotional Code”), then you will be provided a subscription to the Services in accordance with the applicable program or contract relating to that Promotional Code. You may only use a Promotional Code once, and only one Promotional Code may be used per Account. If for any reason we suspect a fraudulent use of a Promotional Code, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel your Account. Promotional Codes sent to individuals are valid for the intended recipient only. Promotional Codes are not valid for resale.
Promotional Codes. At various times we provide promotional codes for discounted trips, which may be subject to additional terms that will be presented to you in connection with a particular promotion that you’ll need to carefully review and agree to if you’d like to take part in it. Please understand that these are one-time offers, are only redeemable via the App and we may modify or cancel them at any time. We limit these to 1 per user and account, they can’t be combined with other offers, they will expire in accordance with their terms and are not transferable or permitted to be resold.
Promotional Codes. Imobcoin may, at its sole discretion, create promotional codes that may be redeemed for Account credit or other features or benefits related to the Services and/or to services of Independent Partners, subject to any additional conditions that Imobcoin establishes for each of the promotional codes ("Promotional Codes"). You agree that Promotional Codes: (i) shall be used in a lawful manner for their intended purpose and audience; (ii) shall not be duplicated, in any way sold, transferred or made available to the general public (whether by means of posting to the public or any other method), unless expressly permitted by Imobcoin; (iii) may be disabled by Imobcoin at any time for legally legitimate reasons, without resulting in any liability to Imobcoin; (iv) may only be used in accordance with the specific conditions that Imobcoin sets for such Promotional Code; (v) are not valid as cash; (vi) are limited in duration by time, duration of stocks of goods or services, number of beneficiaries or order of arrival of requests for use; and (vi) may expire before being used. Imobcoin reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of the Promo Codes by you or another user if Imobcoin determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was made with error, fraud, illegality or violation of the conditions of the respective Promo Code. Imobcoin may, at its sole discretion, allow you or anyone else to submit, upload, post or otherwise make available to Imobcoin via the Services, text, audio or video content and information, including comments and feedback related to the Services, initiation of support requests, and registration for contests and promotions ("User Content"). Any User Content that you provide remains your property. However, by providing User Content to Imobcoin, you grant Imobcoin and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license of the copyright in the User Content, and the right to sublicense, use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publish, display, publicly perform, and, otherwise exploit such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter developed (including in connection with the Services and Imobcoin's business and on third party websites and Services), without further notice to you or your consent, and without payment to you or any other person or entity. Promotional Codes. Promotions codes are applicable only to base prices without previous price deductions. Promotional codes cannot be combined, nor combined with vouchers. Promotional codes are only usable 1 time per Client account unless ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as communicated the contrary. These codes are not reimbursable if products are exchanged.
