Prompt Reporting. If, at any time after the Effective Date, Supplier becomes aware of any event, change, circumstance, occurrence, effect or state of facts (each an “Adverse Event”) that, individually, or in the aggregate, has resulted in, or would reasonably be expected to result in, a Triggering Event, Supplier will provide Customer with prompt written notice of such Adverse Event (any such notice or any failure to provide the officer’s certificate referenced above, an “Adverse Notification”) and any additional information related to such Adverse Event reasonably requested by Customer.

Prompt Reporting. Customer must promptly report to OPEXUS any unauthorized use or access to the Software, or other violation of this Agreement. Customer must promptly report any Software bugs or Software issues to OPEXUS and comply with OPEXUS’ reasonable requests in connection with bug and Software issue resolution, including by providing OPEXUS with timely access to data and Customer personnel. Customer shall be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data and information provided to OPEXUS in connection with this Agreement.

Prompt Reporting. Once a player is aware of a bug (which, as defined, includes presumed hardware failures), the player is required to pause the game as soon as is practical through one of the methods listed below and alert EM Officials as to the bug. These methods are: ● Pausing the game through the /pause command ● Asking a teammate to pause over audible voice communications ● Requesting that a referee pause the game. For the avoidance of doubt, if a player audibly requests that a referee pause the game, even if the game is not immediately paused, the player will be considered to have requested a pause as soon as is practical. In addition, it may not be practical to cause an immediate pause upon recognizing the bug if, for example, the two teams are engaged with each other. In such cases, EM Officials may determine that it was not practical to pause the game until the engagement ended.

Prompt Reporting.  If you find or suspect a bed bug infestation, please notify Owner/Agent as soon as possible, and describe any signs of infestation, so that the problem can be addressed promptly. Please do not wait. Even a few bugs can rapidly multiply to create a major infestation that can spread from unit to unit.  Report any maintenance needs immediately. However, some people are allergic to bedbug bites and others are not.

Prompt Reporting. Tenant shall report promptly all leaking plumbing fixtures, and water shall not be left running in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry or elsewhere unless running a one-quarter inch (or less) stream of water is necessary to prevent freezing during winter months.
