Proof of Indebtedness. A certificate signed by a manager of the Lender, whose status it shall not be necessary to prove, reflecting the amount owing by the Borrower to the Lender under or in terms of this agreement, shall be prima facie proof of the amount of the indebtedness of the Borrower hereunder.
Proof of Indebtedness. The Lender's records shall be prima facie proof as to: (a) the amount of principal, interest or other moneys under the Loan owing at any time; (b) the existence of any default in the payment of any moneys under the Note; and (c) whether any demand for payment under the Note has been made.

A certificate signed by Shop2Shop as to the amount owing by the Agent to Shop2Shop in terms of this Agreement, and as to any other fact, matter or thing relating to the Agent’s indebtedness to Shop2Shop in terms of the this Agreement, will, in the absence of manifest error, be prima facie proof of the matters therein stated for all purposes, including for the purposes of furnishing further particulars, obtaining provisional sentence or other judgment against the Agent.

Proof of Indebtedness under the hand of any director or manager of the Lender (whose appointment as such it shall not be necessary to prove), shall (in the absence of manifest error) constitute prima facie proof of any amount (whether capital or Interest or other) payable by the Borrower to the Lender in terms hereof and the fact that the same is due and payable for all purposes and shall be sufficient proof of the contents thereof for the purposes of provisional sentence or summary judgement against the Borrower in any competent court and be treated as a liquid document for such purpose.
