Proof of Licensure. Vendor will provide proof of licensure issued and/or approved by Florida Department of Financial Services as a Florida licensed adjusting company or Florida licensed adjusting firm within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date and annually by April 15th.
Proof of Licensure. Upon the Company’s request, the Distributor shall promptly, within five (5) business days, furnish copies of any licenses, registrations and other government authorizations required to conduct operations as an insurance agency or broker-dealer as required by law and certify that such licenses, registrations or other authorizations are valid and have been duly issued in accordance with applicable law.

Proof of Licensure. The LESP certifies to the CBO that it is licensed and/or certified to provide the services described in this Agreement, pursuant to the requirements of the State of Florida and/or Miami-Dade County and/or the municipalities located within Miami- Dade County.   • PROOF OF LICENSE The Contractor must provide to each Licensee who places a Purchase Order either: (i) the Product developer’s certified License Confirmation Certificates in the name of such Licensee; or (ii) a written confirmation from the Proprietary owner accepting Product invoice as proof of license. Contractor shall submit a sample certificate, or alternatively such written confirmation from the proprietary developer. Such certificates must be in a form acceptable to the Licensee.

  • Licensure The Contractor covenants that it has: (a) obtained all of the applicable licenses or permits, permanent, temporary or otherwise as required by Title 27 of the Virgin Islands Code; and (b) familiarized itself with the applicable provisions of Title 27 of the Virgin Islands Code pertaining to professions and occupations.

  • Proof of Insurance The Recipient will: (a) provide to the Province, either: (i) certificates of insurance that confirm the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; or (ii) other proof that confirms the insurance coverage as provided for in section A10.1; and (b) upon the request of the Province, provide to the Province a copy of any insurance policy.

  • Proof of Coverage Within thirty (30) calendar days of execution of this Agreement, and upon renewal or reissuance of coverage thereafter, Vendor must provide current and properly completed in-force certificates of insurance to Citizens that evidence the coverages required in Section 10. The certificates for Commercial General Liability, Umbrella Liability and Professional Liability insurance certificates must correctly identify the type of work Vendor is providing to Citizens under this Agreement. The agent signing the certificate must hold an active Insurance General Lines Agent license (issued within the United States). Vendor shall provide copies of its policies upon request by Citizens.
