PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE PERIOD Sample Clauses

The Proposal Acceptance Period clause defines the specific timeframe during which an offer or proposal remains open for acceptance by the receiving party. Typically, this period is set out in the contract or request for proposal documents, and during this time, the proposer is bound by the terms of their offer and cannot withdraw or alter it. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how long the proposal is valid, preventing misunderstandings and allowing the recipient sufficient time to review and make a decision.
