Common use of Proposal Format Clause in Contracts

Proposal Format. 4.1 In order to maximize efficiency and minimize the time for proposal evaluation, it is required that all Offerors submit their proposals in accordance with the format and content specified herein. 4.2 All information contained in the Offeror’s proposal shall adhere to the following: 4.3 The proposal shall be limited to the following separate email attachments, identified by the Naming Convention and page limitations shown below:
