Proposal Submittal. Contractor shall confirm receipt of the Request for Quote within twenty- four (24) hours and submit Detailed Scope of Work and Cost Proposal within five (5) working days unless otherwise authorized in writing by County. Contractor agrees to make a thorough analysis of each Request for Quote and submit all requests for information to the County, in writing. All requests for information and the responses are to be documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. The requests shall include supporting sketches or information necessary to properly convey requested information. Contractor shall submit recommended solution(s) review and consideration the requests for information shall not extend the Proposal due date unless mutually agreed to by County.
Proposal Submittal. The time for submittal of the Contractor’s proposal for individual requirements shall be as expeditiously as possible. Subcontractors may provide requisite information to the Prime for transmittal, or may transmit directly to the addresses listed above. Suspense for receipt at this office is the same as that for the Prime's proposal. b. The email subject line must contain the organization name (short title), the solicitation number and name (18R0001 BRAC PM LSIA), and the words "Initial Proposal." When submitting your proposal, pay special attention to the naming of the attachments, as the Government firewall will remove any suspicious attachments from the email. Highly suggest the files be named with the short version of the organization name plus the volume identification (i.e. Technical, Cost, etc.) and the words "Initial Proposal". Do not use special characters such as parentheses, periods, asterisks, etc. in the file name except the period prior to the type document identifier (.doc or .docx or .pdf or .xls or .xlsx, etc.). c.
