Submission of Proposal. Kibo Technical may submit a proposal to The Customer. It may be in the form of a Contract.
Submission of Proposal. Proposals shall be submitted to Boeing's Materiel Representative. Boeing shall not be liable for any delay in acting upon a proposal. Boeing's decision to accept or reject any proposal shall be final. If there is a delay and the net result in savings no longer justifies the investment, Seller will not be obligated to proceed with the change. Seller has the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, any proposal not accepted by Boeing within the time period specified in the proposal. Seller shall submit, as a minimum, the following information with the proposal:
a. description of the difference between the existing requirement and the proposed change, and the comparative advantages and disadvantages of each;
b. the specific requirements which must be changed if the proposal is adopted;
c. the cost savings and Seller's implementation costs;
d. Each proposal shall include the need dates for engineering release and the time by which a proposal must be approved so as to obtain the maximum cost reduction.
Submission of Proposal. It is the responsibility of requesting teacher(s) to submit in writing such proposal to the superintendent for his/her consideration.
Submission of Proposal. Proposals shall be delivered in accordance with the instructions in the RFP. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Proposals shall be submitted in two (2) separate, sealed parcels containing the Technical Proposal in one and the Price Proposal in the other. Parcels shall be clearly marked to identify the Project and the Offeror, and to identify the contents as Technical Proposal or Price Proposal. Proposals shall be sealed in an envelope and addressed to the Point of Contact identified in the RFP for receipt of Proposals, and shall be filed prior to the time and at the place specified in the RFP. Proposals received after that time will be returned to the Offeror unopened. The Department may defer the date for the opening of Proposals in which case the Offerors will be notified. If the Department so elects, RFPs may be issued for projects in combination or separately. Proposals may be submitted for either the combination or separate units of the combination. The Department may make Awards on combination Proposals or separate Proposals to its best advantage. Combination Proposals other than those set up in the RFP by the Department will not be considered. Conditional Proposals will be considered only when so stated in the RFP. Offerors are not required to be registered with “eVA Internet e-procurement solution” at the time Proposals are submitted, however, prior to award of a contract, the Successful Offeror must be registered with “eVA Internet e-procurement solution” or the Proposal may be rejected. Registration shall be performed by accessing the eVA website portal ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, following the instructions and complying with the requirements therein. When registering with eVa it is the Offeror’s responsibility to enter or have entered their correct payment address and physical addresses in eVa in order to receive payments on any contracts that the Department may award to them as the Successful Offeror. The Offeror shall also ensure their prequalification address(es) match those registered with eVa. Failure on the part of the Successful Offeror to meet either of these requirements may result in late payment of monthly estimates.
Submission of Proposal. 9.2.1 The Superintendent may grant job sharing work should two (2) full-time, certificated unit members propose to share one (1) regular full-time position. Openings may be available to unit members who have indicated in writing to the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources and Programs, their desire to job share prior to April 1. It is the unit members' responsibility to submit a proposal (see Appendix A-1) no later than May 1 of the preceding school year to the Superintendent demonstrating how they propose to divide the full-time position into two responsible positions.

Bidders would need to submit both the technical and the price proposals. • The proposal should be typed in “Times New Roman” font, size 11 with single line spacing. • The document should be precise to requirements and concise in nature.

b. Proposals should provide straightforward and concise descriptions of the proposing firm’s ability to satisfy the requirements of this RFP.
c. If the proposal is made under a fictitious name or business title, the actual legal name of the proposing firm must be provided.
d. Due to limited storage space, the proposal package should be prepared using the least expensive method (i.e. cover page with staple in upper left-hand corner, no fancy bindings).
e. All proposals must include original signatures on the following documents: Proposal/Proposing firm Certification Sheet and any other documents specified in the Proposal Checklist.
f. Proposals not including the documents identified in the Proposal Checklist shall be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected.
g. All proposals are to be sent to DWR within the time frame indicated in the Time Schedule. Proposals received after the due date and time will be returned unopened to the prospective proposing firm.
h. All proposals must be submitted under sealed cover. The sealed cover must contain all documents listed in the Proposal Checklist. The outside of the sealed cover must be plainly marked with the RFP title and number, must show your firm’s name and address, and must be marked with “DO NOT OPEN.”
i. Proposals not submitted under sealed cover will be rejected. A minimum of two signed proposals must be submitted. One proposal must be submitted in hardcopy. One proposal must be submitted in an electronic format (Word and/or PDF File) on a USB Drive. Both proposals must be signed and submitted in the same envelope. USB Drives can be returned at the request of the proposing firm once the solicitation is concluded.
