Protecting Your Password. When you or your Authorized Users accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you agree not to give or make available your Password or other means to access your account to any unauthorized individual(s). You are responsible for all transactions authorized or requested though the Online Banking Services using a valid Login ID and Password, including those situations when your Login ID and Password are obtained due to compromise to your computer. If you permit other persons to use the Online Banking Services with your Password, or other means to access your account, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize. If you believe that your Password or other means to access your account has been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use the Online Banking Services without your consent or has transferred money without your permission, you must notify us at once by calling (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ during customer service hours. You can also contact us by sending a secure message through the Online Banking Services. IF YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED USERS DISCLOSE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE, AND/OR IF YOU ALLOW SOMEONE TO USE YOUR PASSWORD TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS, YOU ARE AUTHORIZING THEM TO ACT ON YOUR BEHALF AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USE OF THE ONLINE BANKING SERVICES BY THEM (E.G., SUCH AS WHEN YOU PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION TO A JOINT ACCOUNT HOLDER, AN EMPLOYEE, AN AGGREGATION SERVICE PROVIDER, OR WHEN YOUR PERSONAL COMPUTER IS COMPROMISED BY A KEY STROKE LOGGING VIRUS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF MALWARE). You agree that we may send notices and other communications, including Password change confirmations, to the current address shown in our records, whether or not that address includes a designation for delivery to the attention of any particular individual.

You further agree that GNBank will not be responsible or liable to you in any way if information is intercepted by an unauthorized person, either in transit or at your place of business. You agree to: 1) keep your password secure and strictly confidential, providing it only to authorized signers on your account(s); 2) instruct each person to whom you give your password that he or she is not to disclose it to any unauthorized person; and 3) immediately notify us and select a new password if you believe your password may have become known to an unauthorized person. Customer assumes all risks associated with disclosure of any code or password to its employees. Customer agrees to limit disclosures of codes or passwords to those employees it will authorize to use the Services or who have a specific need to know. Customer will establish procedures to protect the confidentiality of all information relating to the Services, including all codes and passwords, and will promptly notify Bank if Customer knows or suspects that codes and passwords or other security information is stolen, compromised, or misused. You acknowledge and agree that if a transfer request describes the beneficiary or beneficiary’s bank inconsistently by name and account number, execution of the transfer request will occur on the basis of the account number, even if it identifies a person different from the named beneficiary or bank, and that your obligation to pay the amount of the transfer request to us is not excused in such circumstances. THE BANK WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT OR TRANSFER MADE USING YOUR PASSWORD THAT OCCURS BEFORE YOU HAVE NOTIFIED US OF POSSIBLE UNAUTHORIZED USE AND WE HAVE HAD A REASONABLE OPPORTUNITY TO ACT ON THAT NOTICE. We may suspend or cancel your Password even without receiving such notice from you, if we suspect your Password is being used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner.

You are liable and responsible for all transactions authorized or requested though the Online Banking Services Service transactions made using a valid Login ID and Passwordyour means of identification, including whether those situations when transactions are made by you or any person you authorize, permit, or enable to have your Login ID and Password are obtained due to compromise to means of identification (even if the person exceeds your computerauthority) or by any person who obtains through you, by whatever means, your means of identification. If you permit other persons have given someone your means of identification and wish to use the Online Banking Services with your Passwordterminate that authority, or other means to access your account, if you are responsible for any transactions they authorize. If you know or believe that your Password or other means to access your account has been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use the Online Banking Services without your consent or has transferred money without your permissionof identification is otherwise compromised, you must notify us at once by calling (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ during customer service hoursBank so that Bank can take the necessary steps to change the means of identification. You can also contact us agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Bank from and against any and all claims of any nature arising out of any such access by sending a secure message through person you have authorized, permitted, or enabled to have access to your Bank accounts via the Online Banking Services. You agree to: 1) keep your password secure and strictly confidential, providing it only to authorized signers on your Accounts; 2) instruct each person to whom you give your password that he or she is not to disclose it to any unauthorized person; and 3) immediately notify us and select a new access code if you believe your password may have become known to an unauthorized person. BANK WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT OR TRANSFER MADE USING YOUR PASSWORD THAT OCCURS BEFORE YOU HAVE NOTIFIED US OF POSSIBLE UNAUTHORIZED USE AND WE HAVE HAD A REASONABLE OPPORTUNITY TO ACT ON THAT NOTICE.
