Prototypes Sample Clauses

The "Prototypes" clause defines the terms and conditions under which prototype models or samples are developed, delivered, and evaluated during a project or contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of each party regarding the creation, testing, and approval of prototypes, including timelines, quality standards, and procedures for feedback or modifications. By establishing clear expectations for the handling of prototypes, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aligned on the development process before full-scale production or implementation begins.
