Providing of Proprietary Materials and Proprietary Information to Regulatory Agencies. 5.1 When and to the extent required by a government regulatory agency having jurisdiction over Customer or an Aircraft, Customer is authorized to provide Proprietary Materials and to disclose Proprietary Information to the agency for use in connection with Customer’s operation, maintenance, repair, or modification of such Aircraft. Customer agrees to take all reasonable steps to prevent the agency from making any distribution, disclosure, or additional use of the Proprietary Materials and Proprietary Information provided or disclosed.
