The Provision of Bulletin Board Space clause requires one party, typically a landlord or facility manager, to provide a designated area for posting notices, announcements, or other communications. Provision of Bulletin Board Space. Bulletin Boards 8.1 The College will designate bulletin board space - at each location or elsewhere, where appropriate - for the posting of Union notices pertaining to elections, appointments and meeting dates, news items, social and recreational affairs.

A new employee must work thirty (30) consecutive working days before a Designated Paid Holiday is granted with pay. Any employee who missed work either the day before or the day after a Designated Paid Holiday without the prior consent of the Hamlet shall not be paid for that day and missed. Falling on a of Rest When a Designated Paid Holiday coincides with an employee's day of rest, the Designated Paid Holiday shall be moved to the employee's first working day following his day of rest or another day mutually agreeable to the employee and Hamlet.   • Bulletin Board Space 34.01 The Employer shall provide bulletin boards to be placed in reasonably accessible locations upon which designated space shall be provided where the Union may be permitted to post notices of meetings and other such notices which may be of interest to Employees. It is not the intention of the Union to post anything objectionable to the Employer.

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.

  • PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council. 8.2 With regard to purpose and importance, the Council may permit the Association to hold formal meetings on the premises of the Council outside of normal working hours. 8.3 The Council will continue its past practice of making available to the Association specific locations on its premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Association.

  • Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.
