Provisional Appointment. 13 2 1 A Provisional Appointment has a two-year term. During the final year of a Provisional Appointment, the Member is entitled to be considered for a Candidacy Appointment . By September 15 of the second year of a Provisional Appointment, the ▇▇▇▇ shall notify the Member of the date and procedures 13 2 2 By September 30 of the second year of a Provisional Appointment, a Member may request a one-year extension of the Provisional Appointment .
