Public availability. Not later than 120 days after November 8, 2007, the Chief of Engineers shall— (1) ensure that each district engineer has made available to the public, including on the Internet, all partnership agreements entered into under this section within the preceding 10 years and all partnership agreements for water resources projects currently being car- ried out in that district; and (2) make each partnership agreement en- tered into after November 8, 2007, available to the public, including on the Internet, not later than 7 days after the date on which such agreement is entered into.
Public availability. This co-sponsorship agreement, as well as the financial records described in paragraph 8, shall be publicly available.
Public availability. The record of a proceeding, including documents and things, shall be made available to the public, except as oth- erwise ordered. A party intending a document or thing to be sealed shall file a motion to seal concurrent with the filing of the document or thing to be sealed. The document or thing shall be provisionally sealed on receipt of the motion and remain so pending the outcome of the decision on the motion.
Public availability. Not later than 30 days after submitting any report under paragraph (1) to the committees specified in such paragraph, the Secretary shall make each such report available to the public.
