Public Statements or Releases None of the parties to this Agreement shall make, issue, or release any announcement, whether to the public generally, or to any of its suppliers or customers, with respect to this Agreement or the transactions provided for herein, or make any statement or acknowledgment of the existence of, or reveal the status of, this Agreement or the transactions provided for herein, without the prior consent of the other parties, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, provided, that nothing in this Section 8.1 shall prevent any of the parties hereto from making such public announcements as it may consider necessary in order to satisfy its legal obligations, but to the extent not inconsistent with such obligations, it shall provide the other parties with an opportunity to review and comment on any proposed public announcement before it is made.
Public Statements The parties hereto shall consult with each other and no party shall issue any public announcement or statement with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby without the consent of the other parties, unless the party desiring to make such announcement or statement, after seeking such consent from the other parties, obtains advice from legal counsel that a public announcement or statement is required by applicable law.
DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION 26.1 The Customer represents and warrants that the financial information disclosed to us in his/its Application is an accurate representation of the Customer’s current financial condition. 26.2 The Customer represents and warrants that the Customer has very carefully considered the portion of the Customer’s assets which the Customer considers to be risk capital. 26.3 The Customer recognizes that risk capital is the amount of money the Customer is willing to put at risk and the loss of it would not, in any way, change the Customer’s lifestyle. 26.4 The Customer agrees to immediately inform us if the Customer’s financial condition changes in such a way to reduce the Customer’s net worth, liquid assets and/or risk capital.
SELLER’S DISCLOSURES In order to meet the Buyer’s obligations during the Inspection Period, the Seller shall be required to provide the following documents and records, to the extent they are within the possession or control of the Seller, at the Seller’s sole cost and expense:
Public Information Public Records Disclosure Requests Washington’s Public Records Act. Unless statutorily exempt from public disclosure, this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement and all related records are subject to public disclosure as required by Washington’s Public Records Act, RCW 42.56.
