Purchase of Sick Days Sample Clauses

The "Purchase of Sick Days" clause allows employees to buy additional sick leave beyond their standard entitlement. Typically, this involves employees paying a set amount or having a portion of their salary deducted in exchange for extra sick days, which can be used if their regular sick leave is exhausted. This clause provides flexibility for employees who anticipate needing more time off due to illness, helping to address situations where standard sick leave may be insufficient and reducing the risk of unpaid absences.
