Common use of Purchaser Protected Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 have been satisfied.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 11.04 have been satisfied.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 13.4 have been satisfied.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting purported to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent Trustee shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee Trustee, the Trust to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 9.6 have been satisfied.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 12.04 have been satisfied.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 12.4 have been satisfied.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent Trustee shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent Trustee or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 12.06(a) or (b) have been satisfied.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the First Lien Collateral Agent shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the First Lien Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 11.03 have been satisfied.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 ‎Section 11.03 have been satisfied.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 12.02 have been satisfied.. ​ ​

No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 10.4 have been satisfied.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights Collateral purporting to be released from herefrom in accordance with the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent shall terms hereof will be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 have been satisfiedauthority.

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purporting to be released from the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent or Trustee to execute any written evidence of the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority so long as the conditions set forth in Section 12.06 have been satisfiedauthority.
