Qualifications of Gas Detection Service and Employees. The Contractor shall have a previous history of at least three (3) years satisfactory experience in the monitoring of toxic and flammable gases. The Contractor shall provide continuous services with staff commensurate with the requirements of the activity until the completion of the Contract. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Labor Law and all State, Federal and Local statutes, ordinances and regulations that are applicable to the performance of the work under this section; and will secure all licenses and permits, if any, that are necessary for the performance of his duties. The DEP shall have the right to interview and review the qualifications of all personnel employed or retained by the Contractor. The DEP has the right at all times to monitor the services of the Contractor.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer).
