Qualitative Reporting Sample Clauses

The Qualitative Reporting clause requires parties to provide narrative or descriptive information about certain aspects of their performance, progress, or compliance under the agreement. This may involve submitting written reports that detail observations, challenges, or outcomes that cannot be fully captured by quantitative data alone, such as user feedback, project milestones, or explanations for delays. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and provide a fuller context for evaluating performance, thereby supporting better decision-making and communication between the parties.
Qualitative Reporting a. The Subrecipient shall provide a qualitative summary of successes and challenges to the Department at regularly attended meetings, which may include governance, local health officer committee, and public health coordination meetings.
Qualitative Reporting. The CFE will require a program narrative in both the interim and final grant reports. The narrative will address performance, operations, partnerships, and client stories.

  • Performance Reporting The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:

To the extent that such services are to be provided with respect to any Account which is a registered investment company, Categories 3, 4 and 5 above shall be treated as “investment advisory services” for purposes of Section 5(b) of the Agreement.”

  • CHILD ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to annually train all staff members, including volunteers, so that they are familiar with and agree to adhere to its own child and dependent adult abuse reporting obligations and procedures as specified in California Penal Code section 11164 et seq. and Education Code 44691. To protect the privacy rights of all parties involved (i.e., reporter, child and alleged abuser), reports will remain confidential as required by law and professional ethical mandates. A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall be submitted to the LEA.
