Common use of Quality Manager Clause in Contracts

Quality Manager. The Contractor shall provide a Quality Manager or designated alternate shall be on-site within during the Government's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within two hours after the Government’s regular working hours. The Quality Manager shall have fulfilled the following pre-requisite training and experiences before being hired as the Quality Manager under this contract: The Quality Manager shall have satisfactory experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity. The Quality Manager may be the same person as the SSHO.
