Common use of Quality Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Quality Monitoring. (a) Without limiting IO’s other rights pursuant to this Project Agreement, including Sections 29 and 34, IO may, from time to time, directly or indirectly, perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of Project Co’s quality management systems, including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures. Project Co shall ensure that IO also has the right to perform periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of both the Construction Contractor’s and the Service Provider’s quality management systems. (b) Project Co shall cooperate, and shall cause the Construction Contractor and the Service Provider to cooperate, with IO in monitoring quality management systems and shall provide IO with all information and documentation reasonably required in connection with IO’s rights under this Section 13.4.
