Question 2. On Page 112, Section L 1.1.2.1, please clarify the terms for the acronyms UDP and RTSP. The proposal reads, “Real Time Signal Processor (RTSP) and Up Down Pair (UDP) streaming video from sensors;” should it read as, “Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) and User Datagram Protocol (UDP) streaming video from sensors;”?
