Radioactive Material Sample Clauses

The Radioactive Material clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the handling, use, and disposal of radioactive substances within the scope of an agreement. It typically outlines the obligations of parties to comply with applicable laws and regulations, mandates proper safety procedures, and may require notification or approval before bringing such materials onto a site. This clause serves to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and to allocate liability in the event of contamination or accidents involving radioactive materials.
