Common use of Rate Card Resource Management Clause in Contracts

Rate Card Resource Management. a. Service Component Provider shall utilize and manage the Rate Card Resources used to perform Services efficiently and according to the Service Levels. Customers shall approve in advance the nature and extent of Rate Card Resources to be provided by Service Component Provider, and the level of effort to be expended in connection therewith, and may, in its reasonable discretion, increase or decrease such Services and/or effort on a monthly basis.
