Common use of Rate of Allowance Clause in Contracts

Rate of Allowance. In respect of the period of maternity leave, payments made according to the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan will consist of the following: 33.11.1 for the first two (2) weeks, payments equivalent to ninety- three percent (93%) of her weekly wage; and 33.11.2 up to fifteen (15) additional weeks payments equivalent to the difference between the Employment Insurance benefits the employee is eligible to receive and ninety- three percent (93%) of her weekly wage.

Rate of Allowance. 67 - In respect of the period of maternity leave, payments made according to the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan will consist of the following: 33.11.1 for the first two (2) weeks, payments equivalent to ninety- three percent (93%) of her weekly wage; and 33.11.2 up to fifteen seventeen (1517) additional weeks payments equivalent to the difference between the Employment Insurance benefits the employee is eligible to receive and ninety- ninety-three percent (93%) of her weekly wage. This period shall be inclusive of the waiting period for the Employment Insurance Act where the full 93% will be paid.

Rate of Allowance. In respect of the period of maternity or parental leave, payments made according to the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan will consist of the following:. 33.11.1 (a) for the first two (2) weeks, payments equivalent payment to ninety- three ninety-five percent (9395%) of her her/his weekly wage; and 33.11.2 (b) up to fifteen forty-six (1546) additional weeks payments equivalent to the difference between the Employment Insurance unemployment benefits the employee is eligible to receive under the Employment Insurance Plan and ninety- three ninety-five percent (9395%) of her her/his weekly wage.
