Rate Quotations. The Borrower may call the Agent on or before the date on which a Loan Request is to be delivered to receive an indication of the interest rates and the applicable currency exchange rates then in effect, but it is acknowledged that such projection shall not be binding on the Agent or the Banks nor affect the rate of interest or the calculation of Equivalent Amounts which thereafter are actually in effect when the election is made. 25. Section 3.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and in its stead is inserted the following:

Section 3.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and in its stead is inserted the following:
