Common use of Ratification; Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Ratification; Conflicts. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ally amended hereby, nothing herein shall otherwise modify, reduce, amend or otherwise supplement the terms and provisions of the Employment Agreement which are hereby ratified and affirmed and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. In the event of any conflict between any provision of this Amendment No. 1 and any provision of the Employment Agreement, the provisions of this Amendment No. 1 shall be controlling.
