Common use of Ratification; Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Ratification; Conflicts. Except as expressly amended or modified herein, all other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain and continue in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Amendment and the Original Agreement, the provisions of this Amendment shall control.
