Ratification, Etc. Except as expressly amended or otherwise modified hereby, the Credit Agreement, each other Loan Document and all documents, instruments and agreements related thereto are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects and shall continue in full force and effect. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.
