Common use of Ratifications Clause in Contracts

Ratifications. The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower and Lender agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Ratifications. The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, and except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower and Lender Lenders agree that the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding binding, and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Borrower The Loan Parties, the Lenders and Lender the Agents agree that the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Borrower The Borrowers, the Agent, and Lender the Lenders agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding binding, and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Financing Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Financing Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower The Borrower, Agent and Lender the Lenders agree that the Loan Financing Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Ratifications. The terms and provisions set forth in this Second Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Second Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower The Borrower, the Agent and Lender the Lenders agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Ratifications. Borrower The Borrower, the Guarantors and Lender agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. This Amendment is not intended to be or to create, nor shall it be construed as or constitute, a novation or an accord and satisfaction but shall constitute an amendment of the Loan Agreement.

Ratifications.
