Re-qualification Sample Clauses

Re-qualification. Major changes in manufacturing process will require re-qualification and/or process re-certification to the Specification, except to the extent Dot Hill waives this requirement by providing written consent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. Dot Hill may require, at its sole discretion, that Supplier perform reliability tests if applicable to Product to confirm an equivalent or improved reliability of the Product(s). Supplier shall coordinate notification of planned major changes with Dot Hill. At Dot Hill's request, Supplier shall run a pilot production. All Product and process changes affecting form, fit, function, quality or reliability require Supplier to submit a completed Qualification Data Package, reference "Quality Data Package Expectation" provided by Dot Hill to Supplier. The Quality Data Package must be completed and supplied to Dot Hill at least sixty (60) days prior to implementation of the change. Reimbursement for costs associated with the above requirements will be as mutually agreed prior to any re-qualification

Re-qualification. To ensure Products are still in Conformity with the specifications mentioned in the Technical Documents, the Supplier shall determine and maintain a documented re-qualification process. If requested, Supplier is obliged to provide results of the re-qualification.

Sun may require, at its sole discretion. that Supplier perform reliability tests to confirm an equivalent or improved reliability of the Product(s). Re-qualification. If Supplier is listed in worst performance suppliers continuously for 2 years, Maped will restart the supplier qualification and product validation procedure.

Re-qualification. The parties agreed that wherever possible training (including re-qualification training for firearms) would be scheduled during working hours, but in the eventuality that training cannot be accommodated within the normal working week up to forty (40) hours per year per employee, if scheduled outside working hours will be payable at straight time.

Re-qualification. If Client becomes unqualified for service under section 2 of this contract, Client must re-qualify by fulfilling the following requirements: a) Client must pay any outstanding account balance in full, plus a re-certification fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000); and b) Client must pay for an examination (either remotely or on-site if necessary) of the Software and an upgrade to the current supported level. Cost for examination, upgrade will be $87.50 per hour, plus travel expenses.

All Product and process changes affecting form, fit, function, quality or reliability require Supplier to submit a completed Qualification Data Package, reference "Quality Data Package Expectation" provided by Sun to Supplier. The Quality Data Package must be completed and supplied to Sun at least sixty (60) days prior to implementation of the change. Payments to reimburse Supplier for costs actually incurred may be required to be paid by Sun for re-qualification or re-certification activities involving a Sun-initiated change to Product that is unrelated to quality or reliability. Any such payments will be determined by the parties prior to the commencement of such activities.

Logitech may require, at its sole discretion, that Supplier perform reliability tests to confirm an equivalent or improved reliability of the Products. Supplier shall coordinate notification of planned major changes with Logitech. At Logitech’s request, Supplier shall run a pilot production.

Re-qualification. The complete re-qualification within the scope of first samples for supplied parts/materials is required once per three years at least or once per year if requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Automotive and agreed by supplier in written form, for DTLD relevant parts/materials once per year (365 days) at least. Results showing specifications of parameters with tolerances and measured value (max. – min. values) shall be sent by the supplier to Henniges Automotive. The measurement of parameters shall be made by a worker that is independent to the production process management. Period and scope of testing for re-qualification can be changed only with written approval by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Automotive. The failure to conduct the requalification tests in specified frequency or providing the results, may result in supplier escalation.
