The 'Quality Data' clause establishes standards and requirements for the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data provided or used under an agreement. Quality Data. Seller will provide, upon Buyer’s written request during the term of their foundry relationship, Seller’s available reliability and quality data regarding Products produced for Buyer for the purpose of maintaining consistent quality and reliability standards for such Products.
Quality Data. Company shall provide Motorola access to quality data for the purpose of measuring and evaluating Company's continuous process improvement. Company shall also participate in periodic quality reviews to discuss product roadmaps and to conduct operation reviews.
Quality Data. On a periodic basis, Continental shall deliver to Aurora a report of quality data and metrics, which shall be further identified in each of the Development Plans for the applicable [HW Gen] Components, as requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Continental’s certification and test results will be provided to Aurora upon request, and will be retained by Continental for a ten (10) year period after delivery of the relevant [HW Gen] Components, unless the retention period specified in the engineering specifications and/or drawings, referenced industry standards or regulations is longer.
Quality Data. Carrier shall provide quality data as required of QP Issuers by State and federal laws and regulations, including COMAR 14.35.15.05K, 14.35.15.09A, 14.35.17.03C, and 14.35.17.05, the Carrier Reference Manual, and the Annual Letter to Issuers.
Quality Data. Carrier shall provide quality data as specified by the NMHIX applicable to QHPCs. Such data may be specified in State and federal laws and regulations or established by the OSI. Except as otherwise provided by this Agreement, or as determined by the OSI, the requirements applicable to QHPs under the New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange Act also shall apply to Qualified Dental Plans.
Quality Data. 4.2.1 Data Required to Monitor Compliance with Exhibit II Analyses required to monitor compliance with Exhibit II to Section 1 of this Agreement‑ and which must be determined at the place of sampling shall be determined by methods and at frequencies agreed by INEOS and the Shippers Operator in question. The results of such analyses, if carried out by or on behalf of the Shippers Operator, shall be made available to INEOS within twenty-four (24) hours of the analyses being completed. Similarly INEOS shall report such results to the Shippers Operator within twenty-four (24) hours if the analyses are carried out by or on behalf of INEOS. The definitions set out in Section 1 and Section 2 of this Agreement shall apply to this Attachment F.
Quality Data. This issue has yet to be resolved and should be deleted from this agreement. NSK will try to comply with ADEPT'S questions concerning quality issues but NSK does not have a formal quality response system in existence at this time.
Quality Data. Carrier shall provide quality data as specified by the MHBE applicable to QP issuers and as stated in State and federal laws and regulations, and the Carrier Reference Manual and MHBE Interim Procedures. a. Carrier is required to participate in the Maryland Health Care Commission’s (MHCC) quality reporting process described in the Carrier Reference Manual. b. Carrier must adhere to requirements of the MHCC and complete the Maryland RELICC Assessment as described in the Carrier Reference Manual, and set forth in Insurance Article §31-119(d)(2)(iii), Annotated Code of Maryland. c. Except as otherwise provided by this Agreement, or the Carrier Reference Manual and MHBE Interim Procedures, the requirements applicable to QPs under the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange Act also shall apply to Qualified Dental Plans.
Quality Data. Manufacturer shall submit to Zebra a mechanism for evaluating and scoring Manufacturer’s performance with respect to the Quality Data, consistent with generally accepted United States industry standards. Manufacturer shall monitor, evaluate and score its performance with respect to all Quality Data and shall provide Zebra with a monthly report of such performance, signed by Manufacturer’s Quality Manager, within five (5) Business Days after the last day of such month. Manufacturer shall discuss each such report with Zebra at the next Quarterly Business Review. Zebra shall have the right to terminate this Agreement for cause for Manufacturer’s failure to achieve performance standards under the Quality Data, subject to the same cure period as provided in Section 8.2.
