Common use of Reasonable Time Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Time. The Owner’s Representative will render interpretations necessary for the proper execution or progress of the Work, with reasonable promptness and in accordance with any time limit agreed upon. The CONTRACTOR may make written request to the Owner’s Representative for such interpretations. The decision of the Owner’s Representative shall be final and binding upon the CONTRACTOR.
