Common use of Rebuttals Clause in Contracts

Rebuttals. No later than seven (7) days after receipt of the Grievant’s pre-hearing statement, the Respondent may submit additional materials and documentation responding to specific issues in the Grievant’s pre-hearing statement. The Grievant may submit rebuttal materials within seven (7) days thereafter. No further submissions are permitted unless extraordinary circumstances exist.
