Recall to work overtime. 38.6.1 An employee who is recalled to work overtime after leaving the workplace and requested by the Employer CLC to attend a workplace in order to perform such overtime work will be paid for a minimum of three hours’ work at the appropriate overtime rate for each time recalled. If the work required is completed in less than three hours, the employee will be released from duty. 38.6.2 An employee recalled to work within three hours of starting work on a previous recall shall not be entitled to any additional payment for the time worked within a period of three hours from the time of commencement of duty on the previous recall.
